Points to consider when updating your library Website:
  • Include a listing for Web of Knowledge, to guide users to helpful tutorials on product features, such as setting up search alerts.
  • Web of Science subscribers: Include listings for the individual databases to which your institution subscribes (Science Citation Index ExpandedTM, for example) under "S," with "See also" references to Web of Science.
  • Most Web of Knowledge products can be configured to link to electronic full text. If you have questions about your full text links or if you would like to update them, please contact the Thomson Reuters Links Team at (215) 823-5301, (215) 823-1722, or by e-mail at ts.isilinks@thomson.com.
  • Both short and longer, more detailed product descriptions are listed for each product. Please select the one that best suits your needs. We have found that many libraries like to include a short description on their list of electronic databases and provide a link to a longer version.
  • You can download a text file containing the HTML code on each of the product description pages. Then simply copy the contents of the text file, paste it into your Web page, and customize it as necessary for your institution's specific Web of Knowledge subscription.
